sui story sells ready-made embroidery sets for ethnic wear. As our pieces are crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, finish and placement are natural and are part of their character — not defects. Colours may also appear differently on different screens. Product images are for reference and we work hard to represent each set as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other trusted gateways, supporting UPI, cards, net-banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, offers and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order — for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
