Every sui story set is packed with care and sent out quickly so you can get stitching. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. If you'd like to order from outside India, please write to us at thesuistory@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sales, festivals or new launches, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.

4. Delivery Time

  • Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier partner.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across India, so you can pay when your order arrives. We also accept UPI, cards, net-banking and EMI through our secure checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

7. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by factors beyond our control — weather, regional disruptions, festive rush or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and will always help you follow up with the courier if needed.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. We recommend filming a short, continuous unboxing video so any claim can be resolved quickly — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the details.
