Every sui story set is checked by hand and packed with care before it leaves us, because we want it to reach you exactly as we intended. Here's how returns and refunds work — we've kept it simple, and your order is always protected against any damage in transit.

1. Our Quality Promise

Each set is individually inspected for finish, colour and completeness before it's dispatched. We only send out pieces we're genuinely proud of, so you can open your parcel with confidence.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because every set is a ready-to-apply, crafted piece, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered — including for a change of mind or after a set has been opened or applied. We hope you understand that this helps us keep every set pristine and hygienic for the customer who receives it.

That said, you're fully covered if anything reaches you damaged — please read on.

3. If Your Order Arrives Damaged

In the rare case that your order reaches you damaged or faulty, we'll happily make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you'd prefer. This is our responsibility, and we'll resolve it quickly.

4. A Little Tip: Film Your Unboxing

We warmly recommend taking a short, continuous video as you open your parcel. It only takes a moment, and if anything has been damaged in transit, that little clip lets us verify and approve your claim straight away — no back and forth. Think of it as your peace of mind.

5. How to Reach Us

If your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery at thesuistory@gmail.com or on WhatsApp and share:

  • Your order number
  • Your unboxing video and/or clear photos of the damage

Once we've had a quick look, we'll arrange your refund or replacement right away.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll refund to your bank account or UPI — we'll collect those details securely from you.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the amount to reflect.

7. Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Just reach out as soon as you can — if it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
